Stuck isn't a character flaw. It's where we start.
Most people who are stuck already know what to do.
ADHD, burnout, procrastination, a job search that won't move. Underneath, it's usually the gap between knowing and doing. That's executive function: starting, following through, and coming back after a rough week.
Those are skills, and skills can be built. Structure without support falls apart, and support without structure drifts. So we give you both: a clear process, and a real person who stays with you while it takes hold.
The process started as the tools Scott used to get through grad school. We keep improving it and standardizing what works, so it's the same whoever you work with.
An art major who never felt connected to the work, then years in corporate photography and SEO. Today: an ER nurse, with better pay and a job where every day is different.
A career-change client's storyFive moves, whoever you work with.
No mystery. Here's how it goes.
You decide at every step, and you'll know the price and what's included before you commit.
Where you are, what you've tried, what's in the way. If we can help, we'll say how. If we can't, we'll say that too.
50 minutes to get specific and leave with a real next step. Start a program within 7 days and the $200 comes off.
We map where you are and where you want to be, then build the plan together.
One-on-one sessions, about three a month in the coaching season, plus a simple weekly check-in so nothing slips.
In the coaching season: keep going, adjust, or graduate. The Accelerator runs up to six months, built around getting hired.
Clinical training, put to work as coaching.
The process is built on real counseling and career development training. Here's what's behind Scott's.

Counseling should come first
If what you're dealing with is heavy, like ongoing anxiety, low mood or trauma, a counselor is the better first step. We'll say so, and Caleb can help Colorado residents directly.
It isn't the right time
If you can't take part right now, we'd rather pause than take your money. The door stays open for when you're ready.
Coaching won't solve it
If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you on the free call and point you somewhere better. No hard sell.
