The fine print, in plain words.
Does insurance cover coaching?+
No. Coaching isn't a medical service, so it's private pay. Each program is priced as a complete package, so you know the full cost up front.
Do you take insurance for counseling?+
We're out of network and don't bill insurance directly. For Colorado counseling clients, we provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. Check your plan's out-of-network mental or behavioral health benefits first.
Can I use Medicaid or Medicare?+
Because of legal constraints on licensed professionals, we can't provide counseling or therapeutic services to anyone enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare programs, including Health First Colorado and CHP+.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. The Coaching Season is $3,500 in full or $1,200 a month for 3 months. The Job Search Accelerator is $4,500 in full or 3 payments of $1,550. A payment plan spreads out the cost, not the commitment: you're signing up for the whole season or program either way.
What does "lifetime access" mean?+
You keep access to a program's course and tools for as long as we offer that program, even years after your sessions end. Coaching sessions themselves are part of the program you sign up for.
I'm a parent paying for my son or daughter. How does that work?+
Many of our clients are funded by a parent. You pay through a separate link, and your young adult signs their own agreement. The coaching relationship is with them. More for parents →
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, cash and check. For counseling, HSA and FSA cards too.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, are charged the full session rate or count as a used session.
Can I choose who I work with?+
Yes. For a coaching season, you can work with Scott Treas or Emily Treas. Some people prefer a man or a woman, and that's a good enough reason. Counseling is with Caleb Elder, MA, LPC. Meet the team →
