Life coaching that's really about direction and follow-through
A life coach helps you get clear on what you want and build a plan you'll actually follow. At LifeSketch, that usually means one of three things: finding career direction, running a job search that works, or building the executive function systems (planning, time, focus) that turn good intentions into done. Coaching is practical and forward-looking. It isn't therapy, and you don't need an ADHD diagnosis to start.
Most people who call us aren't short on effort. They're stuck: no clear direction, a job search that's gone quiet, or a week that gets away from them every week. Our work is to give that a plan, a structure and someone in your corner.

A counselor turned coach, with ADHD firsthand
LifeSketch was founded in 2015 by Scott Treas, MA, LPC. Scott spent years as a career counselor and clinical counselor before focusing on coaching, and he has lived with ADHD his whole life. That mix is the point: real structure for the personal side of work, and real career strategy for the professional side.

No. Coaching is practical and forward-looking: direction, plans and accountability. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If counseling is the better fit, Colorado residents can see our associate clinicians.

Do you take insurance?
Coaching is private pay. Counseling with our associate clinicians is out of network, and a superbill is available.
