Not another plan on paper.
A system you can actually run.
In one 90-day season we build your own operating system around your real week: how you plan, pick the next step, and get back on track when things fall apart. Then we write it down, so it’s yours.
You don’t need another plan. You need one that holds.
Most people who call already know what they should do. The problem lives in the gap between what they intend and what actually happens.
It’s not a character flaw. It’s a missing system.
Willpower runs out. Motivation shows up when it wants to. A system is what’s still there on the days neither one is. That’s what we build together.
Motivation isn’t a system.
We build one that works on the days you don’t feel like it.
Steps you’ll actually take.
If a step feels too big, we shrink it until you’re willing. No “just try harder.”
Built around coming back.
Not streaks. Bad weeks are part of it. The skill is getting back on track, fast.
One season. Built around your life, not a template.
Stop running your week on deadlines and adrenaline.
You’re capable at work. But the week runs you: late nights, last-minute pushes, and the same things slipping every time.
- A weekly rhythm that survives a busy week
- Fewer decisions re-made every morning
- Room for a life outside work
From stuck to moving, on your own terms.
Stuck at home or in a search that’s going nowhere, and not sure where to start. You need a way forward you chose, and someone in your corner who isn’t a parent.
- A direction you picked, and a first real step
- Daily structure without anyone nagging
- Parents involved only as much as you want
Your own operating system. Written down. Yours.
Everything in it comes back to one move: decide the next step, then do it. The tools around it make that decision easier, faster and more reliable, and a weekly review holds it all together.
Decide the next step. Take it now, put it on the calendar, file it somewhere real, or drop it on purpose.
Get back on track. Notice the drift, come back. Coming back is the skill, not a failure.
Weekly plan and review. What you said you’d do, what happened, what’s next. Fifteen minutes that keeps the week honest.
The coach steps back. The system stays.Nine sessions. About 90 days. Then we decide together.
We meet about three times a month. Each session is a working conversation: what happened, what got in the way, and the next step.
Map your real week
What you intend, what actually happens, and exactly where it breaks. We pick what to build first.
Build it and run it
We install one piece at a time and test it in real life. When you stall, we fix the plan, not you.
Write it down
Your system on paper, in your words, ready to run without me. Then the checkpoint.
Go, adjust or stop.
No one commits blind. You buy one season at a time.
Keep going
Another season at the same pace, building on what works.
Lighter check-in
Stay connected with less time, while you run it.
You’re good
Graduate with your system and keep everything you built.
Why a season, and not a pile of sessions?
Loose sessions get you advice. A season installs a system: built in your real life, tested for 90 days, and written down so it keeps working after we’re done.
50 minutes, $200. We pick one thing that’s been slipping and build the first piece of your system around it. Start your season within 7 days and the $200 comes off.
Book a first session →- 9 one-on-one sessions, about three a month

Coaching, not therapy, so it isn’t billed to insurance. Payment plan available on request.
Therapist turned coach. ADHD, firsthand.
I’m Scott Treas, MA, LPC. I’ve lived with ADHD my whole life, and I’ve spent more than 15 years helping young adults and professionals get unstuck. I founded LifeSketch in 2015.
My clinical background means I can tell a skills problem from something that needs a therapist, and I’ll tell you honestly which one you’re dealing with.
— ScottIs this therapy?
No. It’s coaching: skills and systems, not treatment. If something needs a therapist, I’ll say so and help you find the right one.
What happens in a session?
A working conversation. We look at what you committed to, what happened, what got in the way, and set the next step. You leave with something to run, not just something to think about.
I’ve tried everything. Why would this stick?
Most things fail because they run on motivation. This runs on structure, built around your actual week. And when you stall, we treat it as information and fix the plan.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. It’s built with ADHD brains in mind, but it works for anyone whose week keeps getting away from them.
What happens after 90 days?
We stop and decide together: another season, a lighter check-in, or you graduate with your system. No auto-renewal.
I’m a parent. Who’s the client?
Your son or daughter. It only sticks if it’s theirs. You’re welcome at the kickoff and the checkpoint if they invite you, and we agree up front on what gets shared.
Is it covered by insurance? Can I pay over time?
Coaching isn’t billed to insurance. If paying over time would help, just ask and we’ll set up a payment plan.
Online or in person?
Either. Online anywhere in the U.S., or in person at our office in Littleton, Colorado.
Start with a free 15-minute call.
Tell me what’s going on. I’ll tell you honestly whether a season, the Job Search Accelerator, or something else is the right fit.
Coaching isn’t therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988.
