Review your Life Plan roles. For each active role, set your weekly intention — your Big Rock. Adjust as needed for what this specific week actually looks like.

Map your week using life roles as the organizing system. First: block non-negotiables (work, appointments, pickups). Then: place your Big Rocks. Finally: assign role work blocks to remaining time.
