Job Search Accelerator Enrollment
Great Talking With You
Thanks for the conversation — and for being honest about the hard parts.
Based on what you shared, the Job Search Accelerator is built to do exactly what you're after: get you unstuck, get you pointed somewhere real, and get you moving — with a process to follow and someone in your corner while you learn it.
Everything we discussed is below. When you're ready, you can enroll right here.
First, The Thing Nobody Told You
You've probably been told that you need more motivation. More discipline. To ‘just do it.’
Here's a more useful explanation.
A job search is one of the hardest tasks a person can be handed. It's completely self-directed. There's no syllabus, no due dates, and no one checking in. The goal is enormous and vague. Feedback is rare, slow, and often negative. And there's no deadline — so there's nothing forcing today over next week.
School gave you structure whether you wanted it or not. A job search gives you none. It is, functionally, a stress test for exactly the skills that are hardest for you: getting started, breaking down something huge, keeping track of moving parts, staying with it when it stops feeling good.
So when you stall, that's not a personality flaw showing up. That's a hard task meeting a missing structure.
That's fixable. Structure is buildable, and building a career is a skill — not something some people are just born knowing. Most people were simply never taught it.
Here’s What You’re Saying Yes To
By the time we're done, you'll have:
A direction you actually chose — real targets that fit you, arrived at through a process instead of a lightning strike of passion
A next move, always — the whole thing broken into steps small enough to start, so you're never staring at "figure out my life"
A search that works without much experience — how to find good-fit roles, reach people directly, and get your value seen early on
Systems that hold when motivation doesn't — external structure, not willpower, because willpower isn't a plan
The goal isn't just "a job." It's a real first chapter — one you can enjoy, that pays well, and that's actually going somewhere.
What's Included
18 private 1:1 coaching sessions — virtual or in person, with real feedback, accountability, and a place to think out loud
The full 9-step framework — lifetime access to the lessons, tools, templates, and trackers, worked through step by step rather than dumped on you at once
Direction and targeting work — figuring out what fits before you write a single application
Positioning help — resume, LinkedIn, and materials, translating what you do have (school, jobs, projects, potential) into what an employer actually needs
Mock interviews and offer support — so no part of the process stays mysterious
A 90-day onboarding plan — because landing the job isn't the finish line; keeping momentum without burning out is
Pacing: Most people spread the 18 sessions across about six months. You're not held back by a drip schedule — if you want to move faster, you can. You're also not left alone to "self-pace," which is how good programs quietly die. We set the cadence together and adjust it as life happens.
The Part That Makes This Different
Most career programs hand you good advice and assume the doing takes care of itself. That assumption is exactly where this breaks for people like you.
So the executive function work isn't a bonus module. It's threaded through every step:
Getting started. Task initiation is its own skill. We break the work down until the next action is small enough that starting isn't a decision — and we do that repeatedly, at every step.
Where the time goes. Weeks disappear when nothing external marks them. We map the work onto an actual calendar so intentions turn into scheduled, finite things.
Getting it out of your head. Applications, contacts, follow-ups, half-thoughts — held in your head, it's a fog that generates anxiety and nothing else. Externalized into a tracker, it's just a list.
The anxiety loop. Avoidance isn't laziness — it's what a nervous system does with a task that feels threatening and unbounded. When it shows up, we treat it as information about the plan, not a verdict on you. That's where my background as a therapist earns its keep: the loop is something we work on, not around.
Perfectionism and analysis paralysis. We use small, low-stakes experiments instead of exhaustive planning. You act your way to clarity — you don't think your way there.
Momentum without willpower. Structure, habits, and environment do the work that motivation can't be trusted to do on a random Tuesday.
Your Investment
$4,500
For the complete program — 18 coaching sessions, the full 9-step framework, and everything above.
Payment plan available: 3 monthly payments of $1,500.
Here's the math that matters: The real cost isn't the program — it's another year of stalling. Every month in a placeholder job is lost income, lost experience, and stress that compounds. And the bigger risk isn't slowness; it's landing somewhere random because the pressure got loud enough, then spending three years unwinding it. If this gets you launched sooner and pointed at the right thing, it's already paid for itself.
Someone else covering the tuition? Send them here: lifesketch.co/participant-enrollment — they handle payment on their end, and you still get your own private account, your own coaching sessions, and materials that stay yours.

If You're Weighing One Last Thing
"What does a session actually look like?" It's a working conversation, not a lecture. We look at what you worked on, talk through what came up — including the avoidance, if it showed up, because that's useful data — make decisions, and set the next clear move. You leave every session knowing exactly what's next.
"What if this is another thing that doesn't stick?" That's a fair fear and worth taking seriously — especially if the pattern is familiar. Here's the honest answer: most things don't stick because they were built on motivation, and motivation is not a system. This is a hybrid program specifically so you're not alone with videos and good intentions. We meet regularly. When you stall, we look at what the plan asked of you and fix the plan. Sticking is a design problem, and design problems have solutions.
"Is this covered by insurance?" No — this is career coaching, not therapy, so it isn't billable to insurance. That's also what lets us spend our time entirely on your direction, your search, and your systems rather than a treatment plan.
"What if I still don't know what I want to do?" Then you're exactly who this was built for. Figuring that out is the program. You don't need to show up with an answer, and you don't need a passion to start — you need a process.
Not Quite Ready?
You can book a single Preliminary Coaching Session ($200) — one focused session for immediate clarity and a real feel for how we work together.
Still Have a Question?
It's normal to have one last question before you commit — that's a good sign, it means you're taking this seriously. If anything's still on your mind, just reply to my email or text me at 303-485-1878 before you enroll. I'd rather you start with full confidence than with a lingering doubt.
