Not another stack of applications. A search you can actually run.
We start with clarity — what you want, who you're for, and why you. Then we build what a job search never comes with: a clear target, a way to reach the right people, and a weekly rhythm that survives a bad week.
You don't need more effort. You need a search that holds.
Most people who call already know they should "network more." The problem lives in the gap between what they intend on Sunday and what actually happens by Wednesday.
No target, every application is a guess.
You can't say who you're for or why you, so the resume stays generic and the week stays scattered.
No system, the search dies when the week gets hard.
Motivation isn't a strategy. Without a weekly rhythm, one missed day becomes a lost month.
No one in it with you, avoidance wins.
Rejection, silence and open-ended work are exactly what stall an ADHD brain. That's not a character flaw.
Most job search help skips the hardest part: knowing what you're aiming at.
Direction is the #1 reason searches stall. With clarity, the rest almost runs itself. So you don't need it to start. Building it is where we start.
What work do I want — and what won't I accept?
Walk through a good workday a year from now. Name your must-haves: if a job doesn't have one, the answer is no.
Where do I fit, and who needs it?
A niche, ten real employers and what each is hiring to solve — plus a Plan B and a Plan Z, so Plan A isn't carrying all the pressure.
Why me, and how do I stack up?
Your wins, the skills you're good at and enjoy, and stories you can say out loud. Gaps too — they tell you what to say next.
What should I actually be doing?
The question clients ask most. It ends with this week's list — names, not categories.
Most people search inside-out. We search outside-in.
Think like a business: employers are your customers. Inside-out says "here's my story, please pick me." Outside-in says "here's your problem, and here's the evidence I can solve it."
That one move changes the resume, the outreach, and how the search feels. You stop auditioning. You start offering something specific.
"I'm a hard-working professional looking for my next opportunity."
"As a program manager, I help education nonprofits stand up partnerships that actually get used — so the work reaches the students it was funded for."
Your value sentence: As a [title], I help [employer] with [problem] by [approach] — so that [bigger why].
Eighteen sessions. About six months. A 9-step engine you keep.
Loose sessions get you advice and a resume tweak. A program installs a search system, then stays with you long enough to use it — through the messy middle, where most people quit.
Pick the target. Stop spraying.
One piece at a time, tested in a real week.
Interviews, offer, first 90 days.
When you stall, we fix the plan, not you. A 20-minute weekly review keeps it honest. Coming back is the skill, not a failure.
Most hiring runs through people. In one large study, referred candidates were about 6% of applicants but 29% of hires. So the plan leans toward conversations.
Why not just…?
This is for you if…
Not the right fit (yet) if…

Therapist turned coach. ADHD, firsthand.
I'm Scott Treas, MA, LPC. I've lived with ADHD my whole life, and over more than 15 years I've guided over 1,000 students and professionals through major career transitions — including through a job search, which is just an unstructured project with rejection attached.
My clinical background means I can tell a skills problem from something that needs a therapist, and I'll tell you honestly which one you're dealing with.
— Scott"Since working with you, I've landed my dream role."
"Our sessions were one of the major catalysts that helped me crystallize what sort of impact mattered to me and how I wanted to shape my career."
"The three biggest benefits: confidence, clarity, and developing an action mindset."
What does another stuck season cost?
Every month without the right job is pay you don't get back. Pick your target salary and how long you've been at it.
Math, not a promise. And a better-negotiated offer in step 8 can cover the program on its own.
Straight answers.

Your son or daughter — it only sticks if it's theirs. You're welcome at the kickoff if they invite you, and we agree up front on what gets shared.
Enroll your son or daughterDo I need to know what I want first?
No. Clarity is the first half of the program — what you want, who you're for, and what you offer. We don't start applying until the aim is good enough to run.
I've tried everything. Why would this stick?
This runs on a target, a weekly rhythm, and a person in it with you. When you stall, we treat it as information and fix the plan.
What are sessions like?
50 minutes by video, phone, or in person in Littleton. Between sessions you have the framework on demand and email support within 1–2 business days.
Can I pause?
Yes. You have up to six months for your 18 sessions, at your pace, and you keep lifetime access to the materials.
I don't have much experience — or I'm overqualified.
Both are positioning problems, and both are workable: stepping-stone roles and transferable skills for the first, materials and strategy for the second.
What if I'm hired in month two?
That's acceleration, not a refund. We use the remaining sessions for offer, negotiation and your 90-day onboarding plan.
How is this different from a 90-day season?
A season installs a personal operating system for any week. The Accelerator points it at a job search, from target through your first 90 days. If you need a job, this is the container.
Is this therapy? Do I need a diagnosis?
No and no. It's coaching — skills and systems, built with ADHD brains in mind. Coaching isn't billed to insurance.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund, minus processing fees, within 24 hours if you haven't accessed the materials. After the program begins it's non-refundable — which is why the free call exists.
Can I pay over time? Online or in person?
Yes: three payments of $1,550, or $4,500 in full. Sessions are online anywhere in the U.S., or in person in Littleton, Colorado.
Start with a free 15-minute call.
Tell me what's going on. I'll tell you honestly whether the Accelerator, a 90-day season, or something else is the right fit.
Free call → an optional $200 working session if you want to try it → enroll when you're ready.
