The Weekly Mission Debrief
Ten minutes. Same time weekly. Stacked onto your weekly planning.
When I run it:
This is the first half of your Weekly Sitting: Debrief first, then build next week's Flight Plan. One ritual, ~20 minutes.

Read this on the day you come back. It was written for exactly this day.
Falling off was in the design. This card is the design working.
The move

2"That happened." — no blame, no story.
3No catch-up. The missed days are released, not made up.
4The smallest session that counts — Launch Protocol, minimum scale. Starting now.
5Tell your coach — re-entry is easier witnessed.
A lapse is not a relapse. The slip cost you days. Only the shame spiral can cost you the search.
