What this tool is

The maintenance rhythm for your career after the program: fifteen minutes a month, an hour a quarter, an afternoon a year. Plus the tripwires that tell you when it's time to reopen the search system — and who keeps you honest now that the weekly call is over. Built deliberately small, because it has to survive your busiest season, not your most inspired one.
