How to Complete This Worksheet

Choose one career path or target hypothesis. Select one niche from your A-to-Z list that you are currently working on. Create one tab per niche.

Find 3–5 real job postings. For this specific niche, find relevant job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, or company career pages. Look for roles that align with your job target formula.

Conduct the Needs Assessment. Carefully review each posting. Use the sections below to extract the key information — outcomes, qualifications, and competencies.

Summarize your findings. Based on your analysis, complete the Processing section. Focus on the most common or critical requirements across all the postings you reviewed.

Repeat for each of your top 3–5 career path hypotheses. Add a new tab for each one.
